Update September 6th, 2013.
I have decided to modify BeckCMS to be more consistent with XML. BeckCMS tags will be standard XML tags that are preprocessed and and removed/replaced before the page is sent to the web browser.
So the tag [home] will become something like <bcms home>

When all of the below items are implemented, BeckCMS 1.0 will be released. I may make a 0.5 release if things start to slow down and don't have everything on this list done.
Change to one file template system instead of header/footer. (in progress)
Process all extra spaces and tabs to HTML equivalent. (mostly done)
Add template to edit page.
Add SSL to edit post. Or some other secure log-in procedure.
Password/configuration file.
Add way to turn off all processing for the rest of a file. Not sure I need this.
Add way to change the template file used. This will be a template tag.
Add WYSIWYG editor to edit page. This is done with a browser plug-in now. I will only add this if I find a really simple JavaScript. It will need to be less than 10 files and less than 20k bytes (not including icons.)
Easy mode tag to control whether plain text is converted to HTML.
